New Mexico Pre-K and Early PreK

We offer distance learning for families who are not ready to return to in person learning.

WHAT IS NM PRE-K?

We do provide the NM Pre-K and Early Pre-K programs at our location.

The NM Pre-K programs are a state funded program that allows early childcare programs the ability to serve children who are unable to receive an early education.

The program is at no cost to families and 100% free. The NM Pre-K and Early Pre-K programs are taught to ensure that a higher education is being provided to the children we serve.

WHY IS NM PRE-K AND EARLY PRE-K A GOOD IDEA?

The reason behind this program is to promote child readiness for both preschool and kindergarten and prove the benefits it plays for children in preschool all the way to their adult years.

WHEN IS THIS PROGRAM?

The program generally begins in August of the current year thru May the following year.

ARE THERE ANY REQUIREMENTS?

Yes there are. Your child must be 4 years old before Sept. 1st of the current year for the Pre-K and for our Early Pre-K your child must be 3 years of age before Sept. 1st of the current year.

The spots will be filled on a first come first serve basis. If spots are not available, we can place your child on our waiting list and when spots become available we will contact you to enroll your child.

HOW DO I GET MY CHILD A SPOT?

Go to our Contact page to contact us by email. You can also call or stop by our location to see if there are any spots available for the school year. If you are interested in the upcoming school year for your child, we can take your information and place your child on our NM PreK list. We will give you a call closer to the upcoming program school year to make sure you are still interested in the spot and we will have you fill out an enrollment packet with the information required for your

child.
